My princess Chloe left my womb on Mothers Day 2005.
That morning I woke up and realized that I was covered in blood - as was my mattress. I put this
down to a heavy period as I'd had a bad tummy since the evening before. As I was due in work I had a
bath and went in as normal, even though the amount of blood was worrying me.
Whilst at work I called Mum and told her about what had happened & explained my worries (although at
this point I didn't think for a second that I was pregnant) Mum told me that I should leave work and
go and get medical attention ~ I told her not to worry that I would be fine.
By 5pm I was in so much pain that my boyfriend called the out of hours doctor who said I should go
straight to see her.
Myself & my partner went to see her and without even examining me she said that I was fine and
should go home to rest ~ my partner didn't accept this and demanded i be checked. The doctor then
decided that I should go to the maternity ward at Llandough Hospital to have a full examination. We
left the surgery, picked Mum up and made our way their. As soon as I got to the hospital the doctor
asked me to lay on the table ready for an examination. She was absolutely shocked at the amount of
blood I was losing as was Mum and Paul ~ it was at this point she confirmed my worst nightmare ~ I
had been pregnant but had lost the baby.
She also said that due to the amount of blood loss I needed a transfusion line in in case the
bleeding continued as was and she also admitted me there and then.
I spent 3 days in hospital ~ the hardest 3 days of my life.
I know my baby will always be with me in spirit and I know that one day I will get to give her all
the love and cuddles I couldn't here on earth

A TRIBUTE FROM NANNA
I remember getting a phone call to say your mummy was bleeding heavily, i told her to contact the dr
as soon as possible because it wasn't normal. I had thought a few weeks before that mummy was
expecting you but it was dismissed. I went to the hospital with your mummy and daddy, the dr gave
mummy an internal and i couldn't believe the amount of blood she was losing. The dr asked if mummy
was pregnant and she replied no but i jumped in and said i thought she was... Mother's have an
instinct!
It was confirmed that mummy was indeed pregnant but had sadly lost you sweetheart. I will never
forget that gut wrenching feeling i felt on hearing those words. Your mummy and i would have adored
you darling, you would have been spoilt rotten because you would have been the first grandchild born
to one of my beautiful daughters. Your mummy has a lot of love in her heart darling and i hope one
day, you'll be able to send her a treasured baby to give all that love too, although you'll never
ever be forgotten, you'll continue to live in her heart forever. Sleep tight sweetheart in your
great nanna's arms, she'll take good care of you until it's my turn to come up and look after you.

300th tribute
Well darling here's your 300th tribute and it's an apology from mummy for not visiting you enough over the last 2 weeks but mummy's been very busy moving house. I think about you every day and wish you were here enjoying my new home with me. I hope your playing nice in heaven. Love and miss you always x x

SPECIAL LITTLE SPIRIT
"You're a Special Little Spirit,"
the all great Master said,
As he gently caressed the curly blond hair
of the Little Spirit's head
"You need to go to Earth
to spend some time, you know,
A place I send most Spirits
to be tested, to learn, and grow."
The Little Spirit, in sadness,
slowly bowed her head,
And from her eye a tear did steal
and down her cheek it shed.
"Don't you fret now little one,
I won't let you stay too long,
I'll bring you back to help me here,
You'll hardly know that you've been gone.
You're my choicest Little Spirit,
you're the apple of my eye."
And he wiped the tear and gently kissed
His Little Spirit good-bye.
"I'm back," the Little Spirit whispered,
as she climbed onto her Master's knee,
And the Master said, "I told you,
you would not be long away from me."
And then, the Lord, He noticed
still another tear welled in her eye.
"Why are you so sad, Little Spirit,
whatever should make you cry?"
"I'm glad I'm back," the Little Spirit said,
"but Master you must surely know,
When Your Angel came to get me,
I did not want to go.
I know You said You needed me,
and that I'd be gone the shortest while,
But Lord, couldn't I have had
a little longer earthly trial?"
The Master let the Little Spirit
slip down from off His knee,
He firmly took the little hand and said,
"Come walk with Me."
The Little Spirit and the Lord
slowly walked hand in hand,
As the Master explained her special part
in the great and marvelous plan.
"Now, Lord, I don't mean to argue,
I understand that you needed me home.
But I left in such a hurry,
I left everyone hurting and so alone.
I didn't let my earthly parents know
how much I loved them so.
I was too small to tell them Lord,
how will they ever know?
They feel they've been cheated,
and in a way, so do I.
Not getting to share any more than we did,
how can I ever tell them why?"
"Little Spirit, I know your heart is heavy
with this message you need to share.
But you need not worry anymore,
I'll watch over your loved ones there.
I'll send them loving comfort
as a strong and helping hand.
I'll contend and give peace to their aching hearts,
so they will understand."
The Little Spirit looked up at her Master
and said "Thank You for explaining it to me.
And could you please tell them that I'm safe and happy,
and that someday They'll be here with me?"
"Yes," said the Lord with a smile and a nod,
I'll tell them all that I can.
Then the others came to see the Little Spirit,
as the Lord let go of her hand.
He said, "I'll tell them that you're pure,
as pure as Heaven's Gold,
That I needed the warmth of your perfect soul
to keep Heaven from getting cold"
